A:Generally, after receiving an order, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Once an electric bike is shipped, it is expected to be delivered within 3-7 business days. The delivery time for accessory orders is estimated to be 14-20 business days.

A:You can contact our customer service to modify your order before we
ship it. Once it has been shipped, you will not be able to make any changes.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing
it. If you cancel within 12 hours but after the initial 2 hours, you will need to
pay a 50-euro processing fee as the order will have already been processed.
lf you cancel after 12 hours, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees.

only be shipped once your credit card payment has been approved and the
billing and shipping addresses have been verified.

While it is not recommended to ride in heavy rain or through deep water, light rain or damp conditions should not pose a problem for properly sealed electric bike components.
A:Yes.Check out our Parts & Accessories page to see what’s available. These products cannot be preinstalled on a bike prior to shipment. They will be shipped in their own respective packages. If the part you need is not listed on our website, contact us.

The mileage we provide is a relatively broad estimate, and the actual range will vary based on specific circumstances.
