Error Code Parts Problem Status Troubleshooting and Solutions
E01/E09 Controller failure The ebike is not working after turning on power switch, Error code E01 or E09 on the dashboard
  1. Check whether each wiring port of the controller is connected properly
  2. Restore factory settings
  3. Replace the controller and test
Note: After any connection cable port is re-plugged, turn the display off and on again before testing.
E02 Communication failure The ebike has no reaction after turning on. Battery level shows empty.
  1. Check display cable connection
  2. Check controller main wire and wiring assembly connections
  3. Replace wiring assembly and controller for testing
Note: After any connection cable port is re-plugged, turn the display off and on again before testing.
E03 Hall failure The motor does not work and there is a sound of current
  1. Check motor phase wire and Hall wire connections
  2. If connections are normal, restart the vehicle
  3. If error persists, replace motor or controller

E04/E08 Throttle failure The bike has no reaction when pressing or turning the throttle
  1. Check throttle position
  2. Check throttle cable connection
  3. Adjust P10 to 0
  4. Try changing the throttle
  5. If problem persists, replace controller

E05 Brake failure No feedback from the tail light when the brake lever is pressed
  1. Check brake lever position
  2. Check brake lever cable connection
  3. Adjust brake sensor position
  4. Replace brake lever if needed
Note: After any connection cable port is re-plugged, turn the display off and on again before testing.
E06/E07 Motor phase failure Motor speed is unstable or doesn't work, or there's a "buzzing" sound
  1. Check motor phase wire connections
  2. Note: Use wiring from the same motor manufacturer only.
  3. Replace motor and test
  4. If problem persists, replace controller
  5. Rematch motor and controller if needed

E06 Low battery Battery level indicator flashes and bike won't start
  1. Check battery voltage and charge if needed
  2. Check display parameters (P15/40v)
  3. If battery is normal, replace controller

E10 Communication reception failure The display shows fault code
  1. Check display cable connection
  2. Check controller waterproof cable connections
  3. Inspect all cables for damage
  4. Replace controller for testing
